How it started
I got into endurance sports in 2022 with zero guidance. No idea what to eat, how to train, or how to pace myself. I was cramping through every race, and eventually figured out why: I wasn’t taking in nearly enough electrolytes.
Classic beginner mistake. But one that’s almost impossible to avoid when the information you need is scattered across a dozen different websites, all contradicting each other.

That frustration is what built this site. I wanted one place where endurance athletes (beginner or experienced) could get clear, data-driven answers without having to piece it together themselves.
